Terms of service

• To initiate a reservation or place an animal on hold, a down payment of 50% of the total gecko price is required. Down payments can be submitted in cash, via PayPal, or through iDeal.
• All information about a gecko is written on their own page. If the sex or morph is stated as “possible”, it’s not 100% guaranteed.
• Please note that down payments are non-refundable.

The animal must be paid in full prior to shipping, delivery to an expo or pickup.

• A payment plan option is offered, with the remaining balance due within 4-6 weeks following the initial down payment, unless alternative arrangements have been mutually agreed upon by Allstar Geckos. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the animal, which may then be relisted.
• Payment plans are non-refundable.
• Only one payment plan per animal is possible.
• A payment plan is not transferable to another animal.
• A payment plan is only available for animals priced from 500,00 euros.

• Our logistics are handled through reputable third-party services, such as Colubra or Dutch Dragon Import. Please ensure that shipping to your country is feasible prior to proceeding with your order.
• Allstar Geckos assumes responsibility for the animal until it is transferred into the custody of the designated shipping company. After that point, we are unable to oversee or provide care for the animal, thereby transferring the responsibility for shipping risk to the buyer party.
• Allstar Geckos does not extend an international live arrival guarantee due to our inability to oversee or provide care for the animal once it is transferred to the custody of the shipping party. However, in the event of a Dead On Arrival (DOA) occurrence, it is imperative to notify Allstar Geckos within one hour of pickup. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund will be issued in such circumstances.
• Allstar Geckos provides a national live arrival guarantee, contingent upon compliance with safe temperature parameters. Please note that this guarantee is void if the customer chooses to proceed with shipping or pickup outside of the specified temperature range (below 26 degrees Celsius and above 10 degrees Celsius).
• With international shipping, the buyer must be present for first delivery attempt. If no one is present to accept the package, let us know in advance.
• Pick-up at home is also possible.
• With pick-ups at home and (inter)national shipping, the buyer is required to bring their own tempex box to ensure the geckos' safety.
• The buyer is required to pay the animal in full + shipping costs, unless specifically stated otherwise by Allstar Geckos.

• Refunds are exclusively granted upon the safe return of the animal to Allstar Geckos. This means the animal alive and its condition being consistent with the state in which it was originally sold.

• If the animal is Dead On Arrival (DOA) when shipped nationally, Allstar Geckos requires photos made 1 hour after pickup. Refunds are limited to the price of the animal excluding shipping costs.
• Refunds are not available due to "tail-drop" in transit.

• The buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase an animal from Allstar Geckos, proof might be required.
• The sex of any animal ordered is not guaranteed, unless specifically stated by Allstar Geckos.
• Allstar Geckos is not responsible for carrier delays.
• Allstar Geckos is not responsible for the tracking or health of the animal once shipped.
• Allstar Geckos reserves the right to change the Terms of Service at any time.
